The Bondster team grows stronger with Richard Kouba who has assumed the new Chief Sales and Marketing Officer post (CSMO). He is in charge of marketing, sales and acquisition of new providers. His goal is to strengthen the acquisition of Czech and foreign investors and to expand abroad.
Richard Kouba has extensive work experience, especially in the field of sales, marketing and people management. For many years he has held managerial positions in the financial sector, such as in Erste Group (which Česká spořitelna is a part of), GE Money Bank and Ferratum Group. Previously, he was also involved in international trade and distribution in the field of FMCG.
He wants to use his previous professional experience mainly to strengthen Bondster's position on the Czech and foreign markets of alternative investments and to build long-term brand awareness.
