Lime Zaim won the nomination "The best collection team" in the professional award "The Crystal Headset", organized by the Call Center Guru Awards. The winners were announced at the award ceremony in Moscow.
During the contest, the participants were invited to present the debt collection process in the company and test it’s operational efficiency. Participants also demonstrated the innovative solutions used in their companies, and how they correspond to the client-centric approach.
The jury consisted of more than 100 experts and top managers of the financial sector and representatives of the government agencies. In the final round, Lime Zaim has beaten the top 3 Russian banks, including Alfa-Bank and VTB Bank.
Timofey Poletayev, Head of Debt Collection Department of Lime Zaim, comments on the main principles of work that led the team to success: “When it comes to the debt collection process, our team integrates two absolutely different business approaches. Every year the largest banks and other representatives of the financial sector, telecom operators, consulting companies, public sector organizations, and many others participate in this event.
